After spending 20 years searching around the world for the perfect place, I found it in the forests of the Pacific Northwest – where I grew up! 

As a Realtor®, I specialize in the region where I reside. By selling in the areas I know well, I keep on top of neighborhood happenings and, in that way, better serve my clients. 

I support the real estate of real people and real situations. My goal is to match the property to the person, treating everyone as we all want to be treated – with respect. 

Cooperation is key! Working with you and with all others in the sales chain, I will negotiate responsibly and fairly for you, my client. Buying or selling a home can be stressful! There are so many details to take care of, under the constraints of time, laws, jobs, finances, family, and more. 

Wholesale buyer, professor, international guide, victim assistance program director, master gardener and non-profit project manager have formed a part of my experience. Most importantly, I bought, sold and sometimes repaired my own homes. I bring a perspective from life’s experiences that allows me to relate to a diversity of people. 

I love nature and understand why so many others enjoy it here in Washington State. In my free time, you’ll find me digging in the dirt, reading under a tree, hiking around a lake or outside with our little Aussie, Ludo, in the fresh Northwest air!
